“panthere de somalie” is a french label which makes really nice jewellery. i can’t write to much about them because all i find about them is written in french and sadly i am not fluent in french. but one thing is sure – i love them friendship ribbons with the braided gold. what a sweet idea! my daughter is crazy about our iphones and laptops and i´m pretty sure she is not the only kid who feels that way. still i obviously don´t want her to play with them. i mean rarely she can have the iphone to make some pics or so but it’s just odd to me to see a two and a half year old with an iphone. just doesn’t feel right. so, i really like this idea because the screens are chalkboards so the child can do something with them, be creative. the headphones of the iphone are sponges to clean the board. cute. i also love the fact that they’re made out of wood. it’s not only pretty but sustainable. “donkey products” is a brand founded and headquartered in hamburg by florian berger who is also the creative leader of the company. they have various funny, creative objects. always with a sweet design and literally a bit of everything. it’s really worth visiting their online shop here. there is so much to discover!

…it all began with harness. in 1837, thierry hermès established “hermès” as a harness workshop in paris, dedicated to serve rich noblemen. he created some of the finest wrought harnesses and bridles for the carriage trade and earned several prices.
his son charles-émile took over the management in 1880. he introduced saddlery into their business and moved the store to 24 rue du faubourg saint-honoré, where it remained until today. in 1900, hermès created the “haut à courroies bag”, specially designed for horse riders to carry their saddles along.
in 1922, the first leather handbags were introduced after the wife of charles-émile’s son émile-maurice complained of not finding a suitable one to her liking. so he simply designed a women handbag collection himself.
the first women’s couture apparel collection was previewed in paris in 1929. during the 1930s, hermès produced some of its most recognized and classy goods: the leather sac à dépêches (later renamed the “kelly bag” after grace kelly) the hermès carrés (scarves) and the very fashionable d’ancre bracelet.
it went on with suitcases, perfumes, watches, porcelain…..as of 2008, hermès has 14 product divisions encompassing leather, scarves, ties, men’s wear, women’s fashion, perfume, watches, stationery, footwear, gloves, enamel, decorative arts, tableware, and jewelry.
today, a new chapter in this fairy tale unveiled. in may the worlds’s first hermès luxury apartment was introduced, entirely decorated by and with hermès. this unique property is located in paterson hill in singapore. careful by looking at the pictures: possibly you won’t like your apartment afterwards

i really like jimmy kimmel. i love his sence of humor. and his girlfriends sense of humor, btw. and i really like when he does something with kids like his famous youtube call where he ask parents to tell their kids that they ate all their halloween treats. you haven´t seen it? here. it’s hillarious! especially the two guys at the end. they make me wanna meet them and have serious discussions with them. but i have to say i do have mixed feelings, too, because they are always funny but also a bit cruel. how do you feel about it? i’d like to know. cause at the end it’s always funny and me and a good friend, we have a saying together: “funny. therefor allowed” but the question is would you trick your kids like that? or -like in the vid- let your kid feel insecure? but then again it’s funny! so therefor allowed?
i’ve found this brand called “atlanta mocassin” as i was looking for new shoes for my daughter. i really like boat shoes and i think these ones are supercute. especially the blue, red white one they have really nice mocassins, too. surprise, surprise the brand was founded in 1987 in porto, portugal. they started by making shoes for adults but parents wanted to have the same shoes for their children. and babys. so it might be the only brand that manufactures the same shoe models from baby to adult size. we like them for our kids.
every year we are curious to hear which designer is going to make the next collaboration with h&m. sometimes more sometimes less. there have been a lot of very cool ones but now martin margiela? yes!!! i think this is going to be the one that i am most excited about. i’m a big fan of maison martin margiela so i can’t wait to see the collection.
ok, i have to admit i’m not really an adidas fan. i don’t know it’s usually just not my style but they were clever enough to get opening ceremony to do some pieces and i love them. seriously love them combining elements of swim and cycling with a 90s street attitude the collections are an ode to olympic sports. again – me loves them very mucho!
